Document reception

All documents can be obtained from our Brussels office or from one of our representatives in Africa.
We can also send them by mail on demand.

Transit agents authorized by the government

Some of the representatives in Africa are transit agents authorized by the government. They offer a service of customs clearance to your destination and a delivery service to of your merchandise to its destination.
You can ask for any advice through text message, by telephone, fax or email or by consulting the client area and customs section on our website.

Paying at the destination

For some destinations, the user can pay part of the shipping costs at the destination itself. We do not negotiate terms and conditions of payment at the destination so please ensure that this is settled before shipping.
